I spoke to a group of fitness professionals on how to think strategically and plan for the future in regards to their departments. The event went great and I was really pumped about doing well on my presentation.<\/p>\n<p>Also, the other great think about the event was, I was able to hear Richard Simmons and Bill Rancic speak, which both have great stories and shared a lot of great advice. <\/p>\n<p>However, the main thing I want to talk about today is in my video.
